Vintage Ertl 1:16 Scale Diecast Minneapolis- Moline G1000 WF Farm Tractor (NICE)

At auction is an Ertl 1:16 scale Minneapolis-Moline G 1000 farm tractor. This vintage diecast tractor has been carefully restored using only OEM parts and is in excellent condition. It has been partially stripped and nicely repainted in MM yellow. The body casting was not split for the restoring process and is exactly riveted as it was originally manufactured. This tractor has two new 1" x 4" black rubber V-tread rear tires and two 3/8" wide black rubber ribbed front tires all mounted on new MM yellow plastic rims. All four wheels roll freely and smoothly, and the steering wheel easily turns the wide front end. All of the wheels are held onto their axle rods using steel axle caps which give them a nice clean look. The rear hitch is intact. New black rubber exhaust and air breather. Scratch built front weight bracket with new MM yellow plastic weights. All new and appropriate decals give this impressive tractor the look it was meant to have. It is not in original condition but it sure is nicely restored and it would be a wonderful addition to someone's Minneapolis- Moline collection.
