All items are packaged with extra protection in mind.  Since 1998 I've only filed 2 claims and it was the shipping company's issues.  I will be responsible for any breakage claims and paperwork.  I will need the buyer to provide photos of the damage and of the box and label, if a breakage claim needs to be filed.  Save all items including the box, packing material and broken and unbroken items, until the claim is complete.  I will notify you when you can dispose of all the items and packaging.  This is the only way I would be able to refund you for any damaged items, but keep in mind this is very rare.
