If the Pump does not dispense
It's needs to be primed and all the air needs to be removed.
Do the following: with the cap on tap it against your hand 4 or 5 times and try pumping until the product dispenses.
Once all the air is removed it will dispense.  There is no tube or straw as
it's
an airless pump which is designed to pump all of the product not leaving anything behind.  You can find more information on youtube explaining the airless pumps if need be.
There may be slight variations in products consistencies.  This is the result of the lower item cost than the big box stores, that being said it's not for everyone but most love the products and enjoy the cost savings.  Check my positive feedback and buy with confidence.
