lines (
made and assembled here in OHIO
) are to replace the typical high mileage expensive OEM hpop lines.  Kit comes with two hoses and Genuine Parker Triplelok fittings
with
Viton high temp o-rings
. This kit does not include the HPx line in the photos. Hoses are up-sized to 3/8″, using top of the line hose utilizing DuPont Teflon lining with a burst pressure rating of 16,000psi and working temperature rating of 400*F.
(IF YOUR ENGINE OIL IS THIS HOT, YOU HAVE BIGGER ISSUES TO WORRY ABOUT).
No other line has this high of internal temperature rating except the Ford OEM lines themselves.  Most lines will only have a rating of 260-302*F rating at best.
We certainly are not the cheapest, because we don't use cheap parts...period.

**Be mindful of other shops selling standard industrial hydraulic hose.  We have been around the fluid power industry for 20 years and standard rubber hose will not hold up to the heat cycles of the engine and the outer rubber will typically dry rot and crack after a few years. Our lines are specifically engineered for this application. **
NOTE
:  IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF INSTALLING THESE LINES YOURSELF, PLEASE SEEK OUT A COMPETENT AND QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN TO INSTALL THE LINES.  ALSO, THE SPRING DISC CHECKS WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED AND THEY WILL NOT BE REUSED.
THE FITTINGS IN THE HPOP ARE TO BE TORQUED TO 28FT/LBS, HOSE ENDS ARE 18-20FT/LBS, FITTINGS IN THE HEADS ARE 23FT/LBS.
THE FITTINGS ARE MARKED "DR" FOR DRIVER HEAD, AND "PA" FOR PASSENGER SIDE FOR INSTALLATION REFERENCE.
