    Description
    For those with limited available space
    who can also forgo meter operation,
    we offer this special
    Deluxe Edition
    of the Traditional OB-SD Antique
    Electric Meter. This model is also suitable when an ultimate foreign
    destination has electric current incompatible to our lamp model requirements.
    The Model OB-SD Deluxe Antique Electric Meter is restored to the same
    exacting cosmetic standards as our other models, but is otherwise beyond
    electromechanical restoration. Any responsible issues are invisible.
    Both the meter base and terminal cover are plated in
    bright brass
    . In addition,
    the meter's brass register gears display original 1920's
    gold plating
    , a process
    applied to select meters during the original production process.
    This unique restoration retains its museum-piece quality as a classic
    electrical recording instrument and is a true surviving artifact of the
    electric industry's early, formative years.
    Included are three copper wire, pressed metal wingnut security seals,
    just like the olden-days metermen installed to thwart tampering.

    A separate 1" x 4" brass plate is also included for your own engraving, if desired.
