Brazilian tulipwood rosewood half log cant/billet

Brazilian tulipwood rosewood can't/billet half log section. This piece is 21lbs and has stunning color and grain. Very rare large piece with insane color. Has few cracks or checks aside from the hollowed out pith section that gos at an angle though the piece. There is alot of good very nice grain wood above the section so many nice resaw possibilitys from this piece. Overall an excellent piece of a very rare wood. Measurements are 8 3/4 wide by 3 1/4 tall and 23 5/8-24in long. This piece is showing fairly dry and was "kiln" dried prior to being Imported take that's for what it's worth.
Dryness of these is as is I make no greentrees on dryness. they are "kiln dried" to be imported that's all I can say.  Buy these at your own risk!! This is a type of rosewood that the trees only get around 6-10in in diameter it is very difficult to get good blanks from this type of wood. Blanks will likely have cracks and split and will require experienced turner and likely use Of CA to fill checks and cracks to be able to turn. I try to sort best I can but there WILL be some defects with some possibly good sized cracks present in these blanks!
Can combine up to 12 of these in one large flat rate box for 21.1 or 6 for 15.10 * All Blanks may have slight defects such as checks and bark inclusions but are sorted as cut to avoid as many defects as possible before listing. All blanks are cut to as close as listed sizes as possible but some minor variation of 1/8+ or - may be seen. All pics showing blanks Wet are wetted down with Alcohol as to show the figure but not change the moisture content of the wood. Will Combine shipping on multiple items where ever possible!!
