BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE LARGE BRASS LOG HOLDER BUCKET – near perfect

This is a beautiful large 100% brass bucket for holding fireplace logs or anything else.
It once was a part of a fireplace set that we bought at an antique store in Boston in 1981 so it certainly is at least 50 years old.
This bucket is in near-perfect condition, as the photos document.  The photos capture the look of the bucket in a variety of lighting conditions and angles.  The first is indoors on a hardwood floor and the rest are outdoors.
Eight years ago, we had it professionally polished and treated with a special clear finish to preserve the polished look.
You can see in the photos how it shines and it has not been polished since the professional treatment.
You’ll never have to use brass polish on it.
The last two photos show that the bucket is 12 inches tall and 14 inches in diameter.
It weighs 5-1/2 pounds.
