This product is a military grade super absorbent polypropylene needle-punch felt designed to protect your vehicle from the harmful effects of acid from battery leaks.
The mat is heat treated to give it additional strength, also the fabric is slowly pressure-treated at high temperature with a unique, all natural, acid neutralizing formula, and then cured in ovens. Finally the fabric is dipped in a latex sealant mixture
Our battery mat comes on rolls so that you can order the exact amount you need for any custom battery box job. This will cut down on waste and the need to use multiple sheets which could lead to gaps in protection from battery acid

It comes in rolls that are 12 inches wide and we will cut it to the length purchased.  For example, if you purchase a quantity of 1, your item will measure 8 inches x 12 inches.
