We know stability is crucial when you're tackling a trail run, so this shoe features an internal heel counter to help you move in your natural line of motion as well as a no-sew medial reinforcement for added support. As a stability shoe, the GEL-SONOMA™ 4 model is recommended for runners whose feet tend to roll inwards - this is sometimes known as overpronation.
