Antique Hand Blown Red Tall Vase with Fancy Fluted Top Border

Offered for your consideration in this listing is a 9½" tall glass vase with a ruffled top. I have listed it as Italian in origin though I cannot say for certain.  Please judge for yourself.
The antique red glass is hand blown, thin and quite pretty with that striking top!   I paid 5 for it over 25 years ago from a local estate auction.
