Description for the billiard table's specific blemishes in details as bellow.
#1. There are many lines of cracks on one side of the wood panel under the rail. However, it does not happen the entire panel, it affects about two third of the entire panel. The rest of three sides are all right. I believe the temperature is the cause because the table is kept in the garage which exposed to summer heat as high as 110 degrees fahrenheit and as low as 33 degrees celcius in winter without air-conditioner or heater in the garage. However, those cracks appear to be at the surface. I think it can be painted over with glossy stain but I am not sure it will do or won't do the trick because I am not a carpenter. It is up to your judgment. For sure, to make it perfect probably sand it down and stain over it.
Note: I'm afraid to do it because I don't want to mess it up.
#2. There is a tiny hole in one area of the felt.
#3. On the playing surface, there is a half circle pattern drawn with a pencil.
I've personally done it to simulate the same way playing a snooker's game as in my original country.
Note: I am sure that pencil mark can be erased or can lighten it.
I think that about all the details I can find.
