Instructions:
1. Before connecting, turn off the power and ensure the correct wiring according to the provided diagram.
2. Securely fix the controller and set the speed to the lowest "0" position to avoid sudden current surges that could cause damage when powering on.
3. Turn on the power and adjust the speed knob to the desired position. Remember to turn off the power when not in use.
4. If the motor's torque or speed does not meet the requirements, adjust the fine-tuning potentiometer located on the side of the product.
5. To change the motor's running direction, simply switch the jumper lines labeled "CCW" and "CW" at the back of the controller.
6. Connecting the COM and CW terminals will rotate the motor clockwise.
7. Connecting the COM and CCW terminals will rotate the motor counterclockwise. (Do not change the direction until the motor has completely stopped running when changing direction.)
Wiring Method:
- Black wire: Motor's main wire
- Red and white wires: Capacitor auxiliary wires
- Two blue wires: Speed control feedback wires
- Green wire: Ground wire
