Alternators are completely disassembled and cleaned
Part are basted clean to remove all paint and corrosion
Stators are tested or replaced and are spray in colored varnish
Rotors are polished and revarnished and slip ring ends are machined.
Components parts are cleaned and date coded parts are installed
Fans and pulleys are replated or repainted depending on the alternator year and alternator number
Ink stampings are applied on the alternator year and month specific.
Alternators are highly detailed to look new period correct
Included is a highly detailed mechanical voltage regulator
Ink stampings are applied on the cover and date code is applied on the side

Our alternators are made for your car specifically. The alternator will come with a production date next to the engineering stamp and the stator will come with a production date based on the production date of your vehicle. (Not like others for sale)
The alternator comes with the correct plated gold dichromate fan, and the correct gold dichromate single sheave pulley (same design as factory)
Let us know the production date of your vehicle with your payment so we can apply the correct date codes on both the alternator for you. If no production date is included with the payment the alternator will come without any date codes on them.

Chargers Auto Electric will warranty and is responsible for the part that was purchased only. We do not offer any form of labor cost, we recommend to fully charge the battery prior to installing any alternator. If the battery voltage is low or a cell is bad the alternator may not perform correctly.
