THIS IS A REPRODUCTION D0ZF-10300-A  ALTERNATOR NOT AN ORIGINAL
We sent the front housing out and had it stamped with a D0ZF-10300-A number
This alternator was built for someone who has a nice driver or show car who wants to install a numbers correct alternator but does not want to spend a 00.00 on an original one. Not built for someone who is or has spent 10's of thousands of dollar building a JUDGED high point show car.

This is a reproduced AUTOLITE alternator that was professionally built here in are factory and comes with the correct ink stampings.
THIS ALTERNATOR HAS THE ENGINEERING STAMPED ON THE FRONT HOUSING
This is an original Autolite alternator that was professionally restored here in are factory
The alternator is a highly detailed restored D0ZF-10300-A  55 Amp
The regulator is a highly detailed C8T-10300-A NEG. Use on 55 amp alternators) if car is built before May 1970
OR
The regulator is a highly detailed D0AF-10316-A NEG. (Use on 55 amp alternators) if car is built after April 1970

The alternator comes with the correct plated gold dichromate fan, and the correct gold dichromate C5AF-10A352-H HI-PO pulley (same design as factory)
The Voltage Regulator is a restored mechanical Regulator

Chargers Auto Electric will warranty and is responsible for the part that was purchased only. We do not offer any form of labor cost, we recommend to fully charge the battery prior to installing any alternator. If the battery voltage is low or a cell is bad the alternator may not perform correctly.
