. I am helping my dad sell his huge, 45+ year personal collection of original (including some NOS), C1, C2, and C3 Corvette parts. He has a 19 year Ebay history of 100% positive feedback for buying and selling and we intend to maintain that rating. We are trying our best to accurately describe the item. Product Description:
A very rare, original, OEM, Engine Compartment Wiring Harness, New in the Box, for 1967 Corvettes only.  This is for the Generator and Headlights/Running Lights. It is GM part number 6292088 (see the photo of our 1972 Corvette counter book).  This harness would most certainly be awarded the maximum NCRS and Bloomington Gold judging points.  We doubt that reproductions get full credit.  This wiring is like brand new.  You will be impressed with how well it has aged.  The condition of the box, not so good.  So the only issue is assigning a fair price to such a rare and important item.  There is currently another set offered and you can check out the buy it now price for yourself.  We are certainly not going there.  A friend suggested we simply go with 67 and let it ride.  So that is what we are doing.  If someone thinks we screwed up and that is too low, we will gladly accept anything over that amount.  You can be the second person to take this out of it's original box.

If you don't want to pay the Nebraska 7 percent sales tax, pay us with a check and we will handle the tax.
Shipping:
We will securely double box the item ourselves with no charge for the packaging materials or our time (no handling charges). We prefer to use the USPO or UPS but if you require other methods, we can most likely accommodate you. If our listing shows "free shipping" or a "fixed shipping charge", that is for shipping to the continental USA states. If that does not apply to you, then please contact us for the shipping charge. In all cases, you will never be charged more than the actual carrier shipping/insurance cost. And we will ship as timely as reasonable, knowing that we do travel.  Of course you can pick this up in Springfield, Nebraska (near Omaha).  In this case, we will insure it for the full value and we ask that a signature be required upon delivery.
