Your bid is for 1 lot of 100
board feet of fragrant kiln dried FAS1F+ Sassafras lumber.  This lumber is all appx 1" thick.  Widths range from 4" to 9" wide!  8' lengths.  If you have never worked with Sassafras you are in for a treat.  Beautiful grain and color and has a wonderful fragrance when working.  Perfect for bookcases, cabinets, or any other wood working project you have in mind.
Pickup at our facility is always welcome for full length lumber for no additional charge or we can place the lumber on a custom pallet, steel band the lumber to the pallet, wrap the lumber with stretch wrap and place on your truck for a flat fee of .

zip code is 47834.  Approximate weight of lumber and pallet is 500lbs.  Up to 500bf can be placed on the same pallet.
We also offer delivery via our own trucks to selected points in the Midwest.  Delivery is .25 per loaded mile from zip 47834.  We can deliver up to 3000bf for the same delivery fee.

Buyer must pickup merhandise by appointment only!
Payment:
Full payment is due within five (5) business days of notice of award. Winning bidder will receive email with payment instructions.
We can only ship to the confirmed address on file with Paypal if paying by Paypal.
Tax:
IN State Tax is collected if buyer resides in the state of Indiana.

Pre-sale Inspection:
1. Items are usually available for inspection weekdays (excluding holidays) from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

only.  For refund or exchange item must be returned at buyers expense.  There are no exceptions.  We will refund the entire payment amount including original amount paid for shipping OR pay to return replacements to you.
Local Pickup:
Pickup must occur,
by appointment
, within 10 business days of receipt of property release. Buyer will be responsible for bid amount plus Indiana sales tax of 7% plus .00 handling. If picking up items directly from our warehouse DO NOT send Paypal payment.  If you do not agree with these terms of pickup please do not bid.
