These are
brand new, never used, and still in the individual plastic sleeves.

ITEM CONDITION:  These items are sold in as is condition and I will NOT ACCEPT returns/refunds due to a pen not writing. They are brand new, never used, still in the individual plastic sleeves, but some pens may not work due to age.  I randomly selected five pens of the 500 I purchased, and they did work perfectly, but it is to be expected that an
occasional
pen may need a refill cartridge which can easily be purchased at any office supply store
